Have you played The Local Lotto yet?

The Local Lotto has been running since the beginning of September.

The lottery is a fundraising opportunity for local voluntary and community groups such as HS4LC, which enables players to be in with a chance of winning cash prizes whilst also supporting local organisations they care about. Money raised through The Local Lotto will contribute towards keeping the voluntary and community sector thriving across the Harrogate district. The Local Lotto is being promoted jointly by Harrogate Borough Council and the partners in the The Local Fund for the Harrogate district.

How it works is 60p from every £1 ticket will go directly to local charities and voluntary or community groups you select. This is better than the national lottery where only 30p in £1 goes back into the community.

The Local Lotto is drawn every Saturday and we have already seen some of the HS4LC supporters win!

If you sign up for The Local Lotto by the 3rd of November not only will you be in with a chance of winning prizes up to £25000, you will also be entered into a draw to win and annual family pass for the Royal Pump Room Museum and the Knaresborough Castle and Courthouse Museum.

We want to thank everyone who is already playing The Local Lotto and supporting HS4LC! We have already received some of the funds raised through this. We really appreciate the support you show us!
