Brackenley is well-led

Our current goal is to improve our record-keeping. We know that the care we provide is very good – now we just need to make sure we document every aspect of that good care.

We were a pilot site for the new Excellence in Care Standards‘ accreditation programme and in 2017 we were awarded that standard. We are committed to continuous improvement and are investing in external support systems and expertise.
